What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: company or full name, tax ID (CUIT/CUIL), email, phone and the details of your inquiry. We may also collect aggregated technical browsing data through analytics tools (see “Cookies and analytics”).

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare commercial equipment-rental proposals and maintain commercial contact related to our services. The basis for processing is your consent and our legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose and applicable legal and accounting obligations. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties outside the described purpose. Only service providers (e.g. hosting or email) may access it under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

This site uses Google Analytics to measure website usage statistically and improve the experience. You can block cookies from your browser settings.

Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information, the authority overseeing Act No. 25,326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
